You wouldn't be able to discourage me in the first place.

Anyhow, I started at 155 pounds bench half a year ago and progressively have been adding weight and reps. Right now I'm at 210 pounds 3x3. I bench every 72 hours since that's what I found is best for me, less than that and I still feel too beat up. This also gives everything that isn't muscle proper time for recovery.

After heavy bench I do pec flys and incline DB press with light weight. Has been working consistently, I've had no injuries and my chest has never been bigger.
