It's literally the top show in nico nico, pretty much one of the top 3 most popular anime airing this season in Japan and it's one of the most discussed anime in 4chan that's currently airing.
Really what are you on about? Are you asking who it isn't popular in the west? If so it's unusual for /m/ stuff gets popular in the US, there are obviously exceptions these days like Gundam, Trigger anime and Bravern but it's still pretty rare.
Either way get better bait.
