The pizza thing is true and I am pretty sure I've seen that as a way of knowing something was coming up from a long time ago.
But it could be a lot of things. OPs image is actually real, I just checked. They're also having a big military parade soon aren't they? So there are probably tons of extra troops there. Could be that. Could be a war.
