(M)How would one go about losing unproductive paraphilias? this very unfortunately has followed me into adulthood, I do not want to feel excited over seeing cartoon mascots outside or pictures of dinosaurs from the Jurassic Park

My family should had never had taken me to that animatronic life-sized dinosaur exhibition when I was just a wee-lad

Could a therapist help me? I'm too ashamed to ask this to anybody else
