But yeah Jollacrity is literally one of the gods in Psycholonials.
My running theory is:

Top Jasmine, also one of the gods, is a very clear reference to my friend Big Sharon, who has been hyping up Hussie on his Instagram since it was first created and has a running joke where she commented on his psycholonials teasers asking "can I be in the game" and people agreeing that she should be in this new game hussie was making. Nothing crazy, just some online horseplay and tomfoolery. Shes also unfathomably based and Hussie seems to appreciate her presence and SBAHJ-esque tributes and fan art on instagram. She was also one of the first people (I think THE first) to make Psycholonials fanart. She posted drawings of Z and Abby before they even had names, and before the trailer even dropped and Huss was still teasing still frames of these new mysterious characters on instagram.
Top Jasmine bears a very clear resemblance to Big Sharon's character in appearance and name, leading me to believe that it was added as a subtle sort of "thanks" for the support despite what a fucking fool he was making of himself at the time. Or like "hey you're not so bad". Especially since she is the last and final/most recently added god on the list.

If this is true, all the other gods could also be Hussie's little tributes to "good" homestuck fans he's met or observed.
So thats why I think Jollacrity represents what she does. She's probably a tribute to a fan Hussie got closer with, or the one woman(?) in the discord (Vibri) thats helping relay his messages for him and speaking on his behalf. Which is also what Jollacrity is doing in JQ.

All this to say, Hussie is tsundere and cryptic about it but he's still trying to show that he's making stuff for the fans that genuinely still care about his works. Kinda sweet.
