Not sure if you are still posting, but since you stated that you can still feel sexual pleasure, I would. Well, provided I get a job after graduating university (in my final year rn), you are fine with a relatively average looking autistic guy who makes cartoons and possibly long distance for a while depending on where you live, I would. As a fellow disabled person I can understand to a degree what it is like to be different, so if work/life balance works out for me to take care of you properly, I would be happy to take you anywhere, bathe you and pretty much do whatever you need. Still, I would expect you to work some kind of job eventually at least until I have enough income/savings to fully keep you as a housewife if that is what you actually want, and I like reading too, but I would probably have to introduce you to some of my hobbies so that we have more in common.
The only reason I even care about whether sex would work out or not is because if you could not do it, we would both be disappointed to a degree because sex should be a genuine expression of love and if we cannot communicate that to each other then there would be a problem.
This is the most human answer I can give you. My heart goes out to you, I hope you find happiness with someone eventually
