I started using cronometer a few days ago and I like it vs my previous app but I think it's way overestimating my exercise. Will this fix itself overtime the more I weigh in and it fixes its algorithm on me?

Today was jerk chicken thigh with skin on day and it was really good. Also had chicken thigh a bit for dinner. I am going to finish the day with protein and broccoli so chill.
