Secular bible scholars are a different group.

Jesus is a gnostic commune cult leader just like other cult leaders from his time up to today. Him doing illegal stuff is very likely.

But I believe people and their children should study the Bible as a foundation of morality even though it's all smoke and mirrors, simply to prevent these kind of stuff.
