I'm late to this thread and I see it has also been derailed. There's a good reason the original CDF posters abandoned this board/site.
I sometimes take NAC in the mornings and it really clears out the lungs and throat. But I don't notice it having much effect in the gut.
For me I get much better results from digestive enzymes like papain and bromelain.
The candida diet schizos will tell you all fruit is bad but once I started eating pineapple and papaya I got very noticeable results. I've lost a heap of weight and expelled a lot of these biofilms (unpleasant).
Now I've found a drugstore that stocks papain tablets, and they work even better than eating papaya.
It's also antiinflammatory and reduces herx reactions. I think if it was widely available it could replace NAC in the CDF protocol.
Research antifungal foods and add those to your daily diet OP
Fuck the Candida diet, that's mostly just vegans and GF hippies pushing their agenda, it's not science.
Papaya is anti-candida and potent as fuck, anyone telling you not to eat it doesn't know wtf they're talking about
