Have you tried an exclusion diet? I found I had to remove all gluten and milk from my diet and after that I experienced massive improvements.

How to beat candida super cheap and fast.
Buy a 8 pound bag of baking soda, 8 pounds of epsom salt (both sold at costco or Sam’s club) and a box of 20 mule team borax

I'm late to this thread and I see it has also been derailed. There's a good reason the original CDF posters abandoned this board/site.
I sometimes take NAC in the mornings and it really clears out the lungs and throat. But I don't notice it having much effect in the gut.
For me I get much better results from digestive enzymes like papain and bromelain.
The candida diet schizos will tell you all fruit is bad but once I started eating pineapple and papaya I got very noticeable results. I've lost a heap of weight and expelled a lot of these biofilms (unpleasant).
Now I've found a drugstore that stocks papain tablets, and they work even better than eating papaya.
It's also antiinflammatory and reduces herx reactions. I think if it was widely available it could replace NAC in the CDF protocol.
Research antifungal foods and add those to your daily diet OP

You start with maize and make a solution of pure water and lime. I'm pretty sure they were trying to say that raw corn has a dead spirit, and it needs to be ressurected by purification. It makes sense the process removes the dna from the maize, metaphysically laying to rest the body of the corn and rebirthing it as a more nutritius thing. That's funny, things like that are nice little reminders of the esoteric foundations of life.

i fasted for a few days then nuked my gut with russian kefir (better bacteria) from the euro deli in my town and raw fermented kimchi & tons of fruit and meat. totally fixed my gut biome. 12 oz kefir morning and night for a month now i drink some every so often and get freah kombucha from a local place that i drink daily.
fuck candida, fuck parasites. i ordered ivermectin and albndazole online too and took that while fasting. no worms but it did nuke whatever was giving me dandruff. last thing to do on a detoz of any parasite is doxycycline. doc gave me a 2 week for an infection, totally cleared my skin - came back after a few months. considering doing a 4 week again ordering online and doing a uv / ultra heat clean of all of my clothes and bedding and deep steam clean/disinfect my house. i suspect whatever microbiome causes issues lies dormant on surfaces.
other thing that regulates me well is zinc, d3+k2, b12+c daily before i hit the gym, i down it with a creatine protein shake. this ultra prebiotic+meat centric protocol after my cleanse last year has me in the best mental and physical shape of my life.

If you can handle more that’s great but it’s probably the harshest supplement recommended in these threads and many people would puke at your dose. Well apart from taking prescription antifungals (which works for some), the best thing seems to be taking natural antifungals.
In my research into herbal remedies, the stuff that seems to work best are plant-defense compounds that plants have evolved to protect against fungus and parasites.
Without getting too technical:

Some tropical fruits have anti-candidal enzymes. (Kiwi fruit, papaya, pineapple)

Some herbs have anti-microbial compounds such as oregano, tarragon, mint, coriander, lemongrass and wormwood

Some spices have anti-microbial compounds such as cumin, cinnamon, fennel, nigella, nutmeg, ginger, garlic, cloves

Most of the herbal detox and cleanse supplements are based on some combination of these herbal compounds. The most popular brands are mostly black seed (Nigella) extract, wormwood and clove, and/or a combination of enzymes such as papain and bromelain.

The Cosmic Death Fungus protocol (which originally started here on /x/) is based on Black Seed oil, Oregano oil and NAC.

Incorporating some of these into your diet, or taking them as supplements seems to be how most people combat these horrible creatures inside of us.
There's a lot of grifters out there so don't just buy supplements IMO, buy the natural ingredients. And fix your diet :^)
