I have hours of footage of these things over the span of two years, I have seen them in multiple suburbs, almost always between the hours of 1-5AM, and at varying distances. I have seen them with and without witnesses.
The furthest away I have seen one was almost in space, and the closest I have seen one was 30 metres off the ground quite close.
They are very bright, white/blue, they make absolutely no sound at all, they are VERY fast when they want to be, their lights are not on at all times and they pulse their light on occasionally instead, which turns on in a fade, not an instant.
The most I have seen at one time is 20-30, the most I have caught on film at one time is 10.
They seem to travel in pairs usually, but sometimes you will spot swarms of larger amounts
