This is why I only recommend Evil Durge for the 2nd run. Either with Minthara as a "new" (read: previous not recruited) companion or solo. Watching how the fate of potential companions turn out adds to the experience.

Not to mention 2 companions and a 3rd one if you fail his Deception or Insight check. Larian really should have added Evil exclusive merchants, NPCs and even side quests. The lack of such pay-off is why Evil best paired with Durge imho.
