Jonathan is known for the manly tears bit, Tanjiro also has that and sympathy for his enemies. Clive is the guy who responds to:
>"Now you will see what happens when you cross me."
With:
>"Cross you? I'LL KILL YOU!"
And he loudly exclaims "DIE!" as he kills that character in a later fight. Clive, despite all of his kindness and virtue, is one of the most openly angry characters in Final Fantasy.
