Which is stupid because soup/stew as well is quite literally the perfect food. You can put protein, veggies which cook in it to make them easier to digest, potatoes, noodles, pretty much anything in it plus soup also increases hydration in your body due to the liquid content. You can also make it into a variety of flavors changing up the taste any way you see fit. I say again soup is the perfect food and I dare someone to name anything that surpasses it.
