It really isn't worth using your weapon to buff allies unless you're playing a support. So Yujin or a support Nell are really the only times it would make any sense at all to use Divine Punishment.

Clairvoyance is the best you're going to do on Viessa if you're using the mod that turns everything singular. If you're not you can use a blue beetle. Other than that you won't be shooting anything anyway, unless you run out of mana. In that case you can build a Wave of Light or Nasitras (however you spell it) Devotion.
