Women cannot help men at all with anything. The number one cause of depression in men in modern times is sexlessness, and women not only have 0 sympathy, they have 0 knowledge of *how* getting laid as a guy works. So they don't want to hear about what men are going through, and even if you gave them some sort of CIA truth serum they would just go "I don't know."
