What the hell is going on with this guy? What angle is he playing? I don't understand what the hell is going on with the Fuu/Kacho/Melody plotline because this weirdfag makes zero sense to me. He's working for the justice bureau but has suggested several times to just start fucking killing everybody, he has a weird unreadable heartbeat, and now he's schizoing about his "last bastion" in the latest chapter? What am I meant to take from this?
