You have the power of a god at your fingertips and can quite literally rewrite reality, the laws of physics and anything other than the past at your fingertips. The only thing at all you can use this power for though is implementing some sort of system in our world that allows for some form or flavour of gender-bendering and then you lose the power and go back to your normal mortal self, but before that you have absolute full control over how the method works, how it can be used, and you can set iron clad rules or laws or whatever else you like with absolute full creative control and whatever you decree during this is maintained forever and is completely impossible to circumnavigate or bypass in any way - this is exactly how it will work forever and ever starting from the moment you're done and there will never be any alternatives.
