The selfish option: I create a single pill that turns whoever swallows it into a god-king capable of creating wealth from nothing and exerting absolute control over the minds and bodies of anyone they choose, including themselves. Nothing this person does using their power will be viewed negatively if perceived and the user naturally knows the pros and cons of any use of power. 'Course, before my state of omnipotence ends, this pill would materialize in my own mouth. I'd mostly just make a small harem and fuck off into the mountains to live a long life of debauchery; it wouldn't be as bad as it sounds, promise. I could also do legit good.
The more benevolent option: let's stepfordize some bad guys. I make a list of negative acts mostly focusing on violent things like rape, murder, etc., that are particularly bad for society. These acts are intuitively known and can no longer be committed. Instead, anyone attempting to commit them is turned into a reprobate before fruition. Reprobates are attractive, heterosexual, human, female, and mentally stable. They're also incapable of even thinking about doing anything on the list, instead they become submissive with a deep desire to become perfect, faithful wives. This applies to both sexes.
Anyone who has already done something on the list will be turned into a reprobate immediately, with a statute of limitations for the less severe stuff. For anyone incarcerated, they will be released as they've now been rendered harmless and have basically "paid their debt. They're treated as such when they leave prison, but anyone can intuit that they're reprobates.
I'd need to create some kind of cosmic lawyer entity to game the rules out with and arbitrate who gets hit. I think I'd also make whoever marries a reprobate is always monogamous but with none of the other stuff. I see a glut of transformations at first, then things slowing way down as understanding is reached. It'd be funny to see people get turned on purpose.
