I based my map on this demographics map.
I'm mainly interested in creating my Northern nation for German-Americans, so I haven't put a lot of thought into the specifics you mentioned. It's good to consider that stuff.

My plan is actually pretty peaceful. It gives each group a segment of the country which they already dominate, and from there we can each develop as 4 separate countries. We can have trade and diplomacy and stuff. We don't have to war.
Just think of how happy everyone would be if they could have it their way. I don't think the solution is to expand and dominate, the solution is to decentralize and give autonomy to geographically and culturally distinct zones.

As long as I don't go to a city I'll only ever have to interact with white people like me with a Germanic Christian background like me.
