You know what is funny? Despite the Simpsons doing a short where "the squad" beat Trump, many orange man bad faux-jokes, a ton of "woke" shit, every single fucking Lisa centered episode from the past 20 years, many episodes where Bart gets shit on for no reason or out spite, and like 20 seasons of PURE SHIT, and last but not least Matt Groening being aboard the fucking Lolita Express himself with a witness / victim retelling how she had to give him a foot massage when she was 15...
I still believe the Simpsons is in a better spot than Star Wars.
Maybe because after the movie everybody stop watching and if you watched the Shitsons, it was on YOU.
