Depends on the wit
There's always like an 8% chance to fail even with max wit. After 600 it's diminishing returns.
Because you have to invest more in stamina this rate, you'll probably have to sacrifice some wit, but you want to get over 400 at least.

400 isn't witlet, but it's just good enough. Too low of wit and you get boxed in/skills don't activate as much.
