it's definitely possible, to this day there's not a single resonator who uses the nightmare kelpie echo. glacio dmg bonus only on aero sets, for no fucking reason
maybe the new leviathan echo is the same, and it'll just be a useless brick echo, and it turns out chisa uses something completely different. i don't think that's likely but it's possible
