If I can forgive myself, I can also forgive others. When I feel people are transmuting my energy, it usually comes from my own lack of trust which I still see as a logical stance. To think otherwise would feel delusional, and I apply that same reasoning to forgiveness.
That introspection cascades out, your intent needs to be resolution, cruel thoughts must come from somewhere.
