Ryzen cpus all have integrated now right? Maybe dick around for awhile just on the igpu and see what happens just to make sure it's really the card (driver crash suggests yes but you know might as well)
Prime 95 or another stress test
I guess try a different pcie slot too, Nvidia cards it'll usually just run in x4 or not post if there's an issue there but might as well.
