Like gamers are gonna do any-fucking-thing about it lol. It should've been stopped with the Oblivion horse armour DLC, but it wasn't, and there has been relatively barely any pushback which is why this industry is so rampant with microtransactions, lootboxes, DLC's, etc.
Of course censorship is the next big step, and gamers won't lift a fucking finger to stop it, the first reason being the industry has gotten too big for the average person individually to fight back, and second reason is that people are far too complicit in LETTING it happen.
