Here's a life hack guys, if you eat only chicken and broccoli you don't need to count calories because ain't no way you'll eat like kilos and kilos of chicken to go over your TDEE. Also, there's nothing in my house to binge, if I want to eat anything I need to cook it for like an hour, and there's only chicken broccoli and salad in the house, so even if I do cook it ain't gonna affect me anyways. It's so easy to lose weight like that lol
