every time i see penny's design it pisses me off somehow. all the shapes are bulbous and dont really add anything to her. they're just slapped onto her with very little thought

took some ideas i had for her last year and tweaked it some more. mostly just got rid of the hat and hair style so i could push the yoyo silhouette more, which ended up turning her outfit more oriental looking. could maybe push it more with more details but keeping things simple is ok too
