Maybe there's something wrong with me but all of this sounds quite kino for a mod...
It's one thing if the official developer is lazy and puts out a bad product that I paid for because I expect more out of them. But if some random guy adds Halo X weapon to Skyrim Y, I can't help but soiface and be impressed. Maybe it's a blessing that I'm easily impressed, lol. I like high quality mods like SPV3 or Ruby's Rebalance too, but I don't mind jank mods as long as they add more variety to an experience, in which case more is better, even if it's just a texture swap or changed a damage value. I would take a new campaign mission with a ton of jank over taking the time to download one mod that was just a brand new AAA-quality gun modeled from scratch and looks like it fits perfectly into the game without any flaws.
