It doesn't matter if you haven't done it since birth, degoogling is a process that's better done now then later. what matters is that, eventually, most of the data gathered on you will become irrelevant through time. 5-10 years from now and most of the data could be worthless.

Consider the peace of mind in not being datamined and analyzed by a soulless megacorp. Google makes almost no effort to hide that they analyze your screen's contents (there's a setting buried deep in android that lets you disable this but the fact that it's even a thing, and enabled by default no less, is insanely creepy)

I mean, at least our government tries to make things equal (for the most part). meanwhile india's government has the caste system in their legal documents, it's completely legitimized over there. we have discrimination laws in place that we actually make an effort to enforce. india does no such thing.
