Continous expenditure of Charge buffs Skills that gain Charge [On Use].
For every 2 Charge Count, deal +15% more damage, for a total of +75% damage per hit. This is uncapped.
For every Charge Potency (up to a maximum of 10), gain Attack Power Up. (Or if you want to be Lame like PM, do for every 2 Charge Potency, gain Clash Power Up and 2 Damage Up (5 Clash Power, 10 Damage Up)).
This is all done with the idea that Charge units are meant to ramp up, deal good damage and help build up more Charge Potency/Count, which also addresses the issue of Charge being dogass at accumulating its Status unless you got two Coin slots.
