NV was just as good, but had drastically better weapons and combat mechanics, so was just objectively better overall. The weapons in 3 were obviously designed by people who had no experience with firearms and it almost ruined the game. People who think 3 was better are dumb fucks who probably believed that Vice News photo where an entire loaded rifle cartridge stuck in a wall was stated as being a sniper's bullet.
