yes the correct take is that in the long run of things, trannies are genuinely very conservative in terms of morphology or social disruption. we are just the only visible minority associated with trends that people feel uncomfortable with (technocapital and biotechnological development) so legitimate concerns with the way things are going are redirected back at us instead of to the dynamics and people actually behind the things they are concerned about.
