Go to any “lounge” in a black area and you will see some of the most degenerate drunks you can imagine.

And that’s not even including the “functional” drunks who woke up, hit the bar for an eye opener, went to work, left for a liquid lunch, then came right back to the bar after work and stayed until they had to be carried out by their homies.
