When ohio state "cheats" (a handful of players sell/trade their own property), they have to vacate a 12-1 season including a sugar bowl win, get rid of one of the best head coaches in program history in disgrace and subsequently have their only losing season this century.

Though desu the game at the highest level had passed Tressel by years ago and he was probably never going to win a natty again. I'm not sure what the rest of his tenure would have looked like, but the best case would be something like Bobby Bowden I think. It's hard to say that he would have done better than what has happened since.
