Again, comp-based aside like Karma/Elise/Jayce obviously benefitting a fuckton from Cloud Soul aside-
Cloud > Chemtech = Hextech > Mountain > Ocean > Infernal

Infernal is actually pretty bad both for the single drake, the map because they thought removing the cool original map and instead make it just the base map with Cinders (lame) and the Soul all suck. Maybe they should do something about that.
