Changes since last time:
I altered some aspects of RiskyMod so we should see more Mountain Shrines. I also disabled Elite Reworks and ZetAspects because I want to see how those affect Cruelty Elites. I added some skins and a playable Scavenger as well.

New PC set up. Might host a host if the player cap raiser mod works, ewi, RiskyMod, and Bigger Bazaar. I would like ZetArtifacts to work, along with that money equalizer mod that was made, but I understand there was another update.
