Par for the course with most buffs and nerfs to heroes they make.
The chinks don't understand what problems heroes have and why they're weak/strong. So they just randomly pick something to buff/nerf in some strange way or in the case of Squirrel Girl nerf an already bad hero because they don't even understand their own game.
