Not what I'm arguing at all, but you are saying that anyone not on discord does not care about actual gameplay.
What big discussion about gameplay are you having on your discord now? Are you talking about the Rin's safespot, or better yet teaching some guy about streaming so he can get through WBaWC? Everyone knows or has talked about this enough.
There is no long term discussion to be had unless someone is actively going through the games so you respond to them.

It sounds like your main issue is that /2hug/ is too slow for you, hornyposting should die in a ditch but it's not like it's fast enough that it's actually drowning out discussion. If anything this is drowning out actual discussion that could be had with that VD post (notice the lack of porn posting drowning out this quite frankly autistic discussion!) it's just a slow and sleepy general about a game that doesn't have a lot of gameplay topic that can be discussed, and those few topics have already been done to death. /2hug/ has slowly been healing from the disaster that was 2020. They're sporadic but actual discussion can be had on /2hug/ after 5 years (there's a few in this very thread!)
You are more than free to try and talk about gameplay here, but the fact is you do not because you've already talked about it before, aren't going through the games and/or because 20 isn't out yet. More than likely it's because you don't like the fact only one person might answer you or that you have to be the guy posting gameplay in the first place.
Discord does sound more your speed, let's all ignore the fact the image dump channel (most likely NSFW) is the most active channel on there.
