Where do these raider shits even come from? Every 10 turns or so they sail down from the nile and either raze my outposts or attack poorly defended settlements
I wipe out their faction every time but they keep coming back, they're like rebel armies or something
They aren't sea peoples, and the settled Libu tribesmen in the area are all on good relations with me
