outsourcing labor to countries without working wages like China ensures that products are inexpensive, which benefits everyone regardless of wealth status and allows a relatively high domestic working wage in comparison. Domestic manufacturing in high-income economies like Europe and the USA would raise the price of products and either price them out for the average person, or force working wages to rise in response in order to increase purchasing power parity, but at the cost of your countries standard of living and the value of your countries currency (see China). It's really not as simple as "just make everything here maaan"
