hello here are the top 3 things that make a card good in shadowverse worlds beyone
1. it has an effect that doesn't require evo points to trigger
2. it has low cost
3. it can potentially deal face damage somehow, or can clear the board

here are things that would be good in other ccgs but are irrelevant for WB cards
1. good stat lines
2. counts as 2 or more cards when traded on the board
3. it "furthers your tempo", most matches in wb are decided in 1 or 2 turns with all previous turns being irrelevant
