I don't think it does. Mudcore is about grimdark settings that have a pessimistic outlook; wicked aristocrats, weak protagonists, high lethality, chances of infected wounds or dismemberment, moral greyness, etc.

Conan didn't feel like that to me. Ancient Greece is not mudcore by any means, it even has an optimistic allure at times.
