My issue with that is it's become a compulsion. The first thing I do when I wakeup is check for snood threads on /tv/ and browse the Emma Myers Subreddit. I feel like my admiration for her has become a prison of my own doing. It's not fun anymore, and it's a borderline obsession and parasocial relationship. I don't even know her, my view of her is a fantasy. We don't know her flaws, her strengths and weaknesses. She could be a closeted narcissist with other toxic traits. But I've put her on a pedestal. She is no longer a human being to us, and it sucks and we're putting unrealistic expectations on snood. Hell, most of us don't want to admit she's having sex. Worst of all I'm 40. I should have a wife and kids by now. And not being all consumed by snoodles.
