They actually admit that PoE2 is worse in that video anon,because it was only 51% of SLAYERS playing Cyclone that league, while Lightning Spear is 46% of ALL ASCENDANCIES IN THE GAME.

If you want a fair comparison you should look at the ascendancy using lightning spear most to compare to Slayer Cyclone.....and 0.2 is EVEN WORSE.
