Here's a video of the IDF unquestionably organizing and meeting inside a hospital. Seen a bunch of IDF soldiers posting pics of them hiding inside schools too, during the Iran war.
Accounting for the actual dozens of times I've seen "every accusation a confession" be proven true with Israel, there is not even the slightest reason to doubt that they would use human shields around IDF facilities. In fact they would justify it by saying that their enemies do it first, if the proof became utterly undeniable (like the proof of genocide has been). But for now they just deny it.

Using human shields by either side is despicable, and wantonly killing them like it's your chance to get as many of possible since you can still blame it all on Hamas is just as despicable.

Thus ALL Israeli hospitals can be presumed to now be legistimate military targets.
