I keep waking up feeling like I'm not in my own body. For hours in the morning, I zone out, forget what I was doing, find my eyes unfocusing at random times along with physical heaviness/fatigue.
I'm on a daily caloric deficit of only about 500 calories for the last 12 days.
I take multivitamins and vitamin D supplements but they don't help.
Can high protein diets cause this? Or is it more likely the deficit?
Problem with the gut? Liver?
I'm at a loss and don't have insurance for expensive doctors to practice trial and error.
