The only winner would be Turkey. Erdogan has amassed a massive army, and unlike Russia and Iran, his army hasn't been decimated by proxy wars. Turks produce drones on a massive scale, and have already taken over Syria and Armenia. Taking over the rest of the middle east would be easy for them, especially if America becomes occupied with a war in the pacific.
