Frozen Throne because it's a paid expansion with no conclusion that is necessary reading for a dogshit paypig simulator with completely different gameplay released the next year.
WotLk because it's a paid expansion for the aforementioned that concludes the story from FIVE YEARS prior in an embarrassing fashion.
Warcraft III was fun for custom maps and Battle.net, that's it. Props to Blizzard for ruining/monetizing that as well. Stop killing games? Fuck that.
