Well yeah, the government hates it when people don't spend money. Even if people are unemployed, they want money moving around in the economy, since that makes GDP go up.

Nibba I'm still trying. I was at a job fair in Central London just this morning, interviewing with a couple of different companies.
I might be a lazy NEET, but I did spend my own money and a year of my time getting an accounting qualification, and then more recently got back my two security licences. I'm just unemployable or something.
